About

Timothy Lefevre is a third generation builder in Los Angeles. Over the years, he has put the interests of the client and the integrity of the architecture first.

In 2001, 7 Fountains was completed by The Lefevre Corporation. This project reimagined classic Los Angeles Courtyard Housing. It was the first of three collaborations with architects Moule & Polyzoides over the following decade. These projects have led to a unique understanding of what is thought of as traditional architecture and what is thought of as contemporary architecture.

In recent years, Lefevre has remained focused on residential work. The Mount Washington House is an example.

The common thread in all the work is that what is being strived for through design and craft is ultimately emotional.
